DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto dances at the Festival Ljubljana Bach Project. \nBach Project proposes an important step in the exploration of the relationship between dance and music\, between classical composition and its contemporary recreation. \nOn stage Sarabande\, a masterpiece by Jiří Kylián\, and Domus Aurea by Diego Tortelli\, promise of Italian choreography that\, on the French Suites by Bach transcribed by Giorgio Colombo Taccani and played live by the Ensemble Sentieri selvaggi\, has created a dreamlike architecture of movement\, involving the visual artist Massimo Uberti. \nBach Project thus allows us to affirm – around a musical dimension – an intergenerational\, open and curious vision of choreographic creation. \nThis production avails itself of the partnership of Torinodanza Festival/Teatro Stabile di Torino – Teatro Nazionale\, Les Halles de Schaerbeek di Bruxelles\, Festival MiTo\, MILANoLTRE Festival and of the collaboration of Teatri di tradizione dell’Emilia-Romagna. \n

Followed by “O” by Philippe Kratz\, choreography from the unstoppable rhythm awarded at the prestigious competition in Hanover 2018. BLISS\, a masterpiece by Johan Inger to the notes of Keith Jarrett’s Koln Concert\, is a dance that emanates happiness and above all life. A joy for the performers\, who surrender to the music without any resistance\, and for the public\, who can admire the maturity and skill of each dancer. \n  \n \n  \nAbiectio \nWhen violence bathes the soul of a human being\, we celebrate the failure of communication\, also the funeral of education. Frightened and disoriented\, an injured individual looks at himself in the mirror with degrading mortification and responds to the outside world by attacking. DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto dances at the Teatro Rossini in Pesaro an evening that combines the choreographies of Hofesh Shechter and Ohad Naharin. \nHofesh Shechter is one of the most intense and visceral contemporary choreographers. Perhaps because the music is almost always composed by himself and is closely in tune with the energy of his movement. The result is a punch\, as he himself says\, a punch with which the viewer is hit by a wave of energy. In Wolf  we find a sort of wild animality that crosses sometimes men and sometimes women. The painting that is composed drags us into a mysterious and engaging universe. \n\n  \nSecus is a creation by Ohad Naharin that boasts a musical collage that extends from the unusual electronic styles of AGF to the seductive Indian melodies of Kaho Naa Pyar Hai to the resonant harmonies of the Beach Boys. This adventurously eclectic mix serves as a suitable backdrop for the boldly extravagant choreography. Under our unbelieving eyes\, we compose a human alphabet made up of races\, solos\, clear and clean gestures\, interrupted duets\, which\, through precise and sudden kicks\, sinuous disarticulations of the hips\, torsos that bend in all directions like rubber to be shaped\, expresses pure emotions and feelings without becoming sentimental. Joy\, vulnerability\, fear\, innocence\, confusion and anger weave a harmonious and dynamic canvas that oscillates between delicacy and exaggeration. \n  \n\n
