DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto lands on the stage of the Teatro Metastasio in Prato to give life to a Tempesta in dance. \n“Can the wealth of writing and meaning in this work be transferred into gesture and movement? This is the challenge facing the performance. It is an extremely arduous one because it invites a comparison with a text that has a special and absolute value in the whole of Shakespeare’s output. It is his last work and is considered as his spiritual testament\, an adieu to the theatre and it is no coincidence that it presents a creator of magic onstage which\, as Strehler rightly understood\, alludes to a creator of theatrical wonders.” Antonio Audino \nThanks to the choreography by Giuseppe Spota and the music by Giuliano Sangiorgi you can live seventy magic minutes. \nCANCELLED PERFORMANCE\nTeatro Metastasio informs\, according to the DPCM of March 4th\, 2020\, on “Measures to combat and contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus on the entire national territory”\, being evidently of absolute inapplicability the possibility to allow places of theatrical performance to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter\, the SUSPENSION until April 3rd of all activities scheduled in its spaces. \n
