DESCRIPTION:NINE BELLS\nWorld premiere \nChoreography Valerio Longo\nDirection\, set and costume design Valerio Longo and Carlo Cerri\nMusic Tom Johnson’s Nine Bells\nPerformed live by Simone Beneventi\nLighting design Carlo Cerri\nCritical consultant Giuseppe Distefano\nPerformers Valerio Longo and Simone Beneventi \nNine Bells is a performance for a dancer-choreographer\, a percussionist\, nine bells and a light designer\, on the work of the composer Tom Johnson\, born from the encounter between Valerio Longo with the music of percussionist Simone Beneventi\, already awarded the Silver Lion at the Venice Music Biennale 2010.\nNine Bells explores the multiple combinations of 9 bells suspended in a 3 × 3 grid\, where each bell is located about 2 meters away from the others. The music is produced by the tolling of the bells\, following precise paths around the installation.  Alla musica straordinaria di Franz Schubert Enrico Morelli ha voluto affidare la sua coreografia: un collage di veri e propri capolavori di infinita bellezza\, denso di immagini poetiche\, dove l’amore lascia il posto al disinganno\, il distacco alla condivisione\, la passione al timore\, in un andare e venire fra crescendo e diminuendo\, a rivelare interi universi e legami segreti.\nMichele Merola ha realizzato Gershwin Suite\, partendo dai migliori brani del compositore. The show presents two already known works by Inger\, Rain Dogs and BLISS\, linked together by a new short solo: Birdland. \n

Idealizzano il loro amore come l’alchimista che ha estratto la cosa più preziosa. Ma cosa succede se uno ama per entrambi\, e l’altro ama solo se stesso?\nA seguire Pasiphae di Diego Tortelli: movimenti distorti\, maschere de-umanizzanti che trasfigurano i corpi\, frequenze sonore al limite dell’udibilità creano una dimensione dove l’uomo si confronta con la sua stessa negazione\, cercando di mantenersi in equilibrio su un confine che diviene sempre più sfumato.\nL’idea alla base di “O” di Philippe Kratz è l’eternità e come raggiungerla è l’obiettivo finale dell’umanità. Kratz e Ivana Mastroviti si muovono verso il ritmo infinito dei loro cuori inarrestabili in una coreografia che è stata premiata al prestigioso concorso di Hannover.
