Immersed in magical atmospheres and mocking situations\, these creatures dance the wonder of life and encounters\, always on the edge between reality and enchantment. Energies that propagate and connect showing the human in its infinite facets. Ironic and tragic\, pure and naive\, energetic and sardonic\, the Fellinian character feeds on everything that surrounds him\, making him part of himself and his story. In this new creation by Monica Casadei\, the bodies cross the contemporary dance and circus\, the dream and the real world\, accompanied by the unforgettable music composed by Nino Rota for Federico Fellini. To dance the soul\, the ancient one and the one of today\, is to place movement and form at the service of necessity\, urgency\, emotion and soul” M.C. \nOriginally from Ferrara and graduated with honors with a thesis on Plato and dance\, Monica Casadei\, after a competitive career in rhythmic gymnastics\, devoted herself to the study of classical and modern dance\, first in Italy\, then in London\, finally in Paris\, where she met the choreographers Pierre Doussaint and Isabelle Doubouloz and the master André Cognard Hanshi So shihan\, with whom she still practices the martial art of Aikido. He founded the company Artemis Danza in France\, with which he moved to Italy in 1997\, creating an intense production activity that counts\, to date\, over forty original creations. From 1998 to 2007 the company is in residence at the Fondazione Teatro Due in Parma\, while from 2014 it is in artistic residence at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna. Artemis Danza has been invited to the most important Italian theatres and festivals\, in numerous international tours and festivals. \nFundamental in Monica Casadei’s artistic research are the contamination with different artistic\, cultural and geographical territories\, as well as the exploration of urban places and spaces that become the theatre of performance actions. \nAlongside the production activity\, Artemis supports\, produces and promotes young authors and carries out many activities for the training of the public. \nartemisdanza.com

DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto dances in Faenza three choreographies signed by Saul Daniele Ardillo\, Philippe Kratz and Ohad Naharin. \nLost in is the development of an idea on which Saul Daniele Ardillo has worked for more than a year\, a creation that emerges clearly from a boil of emotions\, and that draws before our eyes perhaps the most extraordinary function of art: to help us inhabit\, even literally\, our living spaces. \nThe idea behind “O” by Philippe Kratz is eternity and how to achieve it is the ultimate goal of humanity. As for example in the summer of 2017 in Hong Kong\, when for the first time two humanoid robots interacted with each other. \nSecus is a creation by Ohad Naharin that boasts a musical collage that extends from the unusual electronic styles of AGF to the seductive Indian melodies of Kaho Naa Pyar Hai to the resonant harmonies of the Beach Boys. This adventurously eclectic mix serves as a suitable backdrop for the boldly extravagant choreography. Joy\, vulnerability\, fear\, innocence\, confusion and anger weave a harmonious and dynamic canvas that oscillates between delicacy and exaggeration. \nCANCELLED PERFORMANCE
