SUMMARY:LOVE POEMS - OPEN REHEARSAL
DESCRIPTION:OPEN REHEARSAL\n\nOpen rehearsals are unique moments in which one can experience the backstage of a performance\, dialogue with the artists and be surprised by the art of dance. \nUnder the title LOVE POEMS\, the MM Contemporary Dance Company presents an evening composed of three new choreographies all under the sign of contemporary: \n– DUETTO INOFFENSIVO (excerpt from ‘Rossini Cards’) by MAURO BIGONZETTI restaged for MMCDC \n– BRUTAL LOVE POEMS by THOMAS NOONE \n– VIVALDI UMANE PASSIONI by MICHELE MEROLA. \nThe three works are performed by eight dancers from MMCDC\, a reality of excellence in Italian dance\, with a consolidated activity of performances throughout the country.\nThe choreographies of the programme\, linked by the common denominator of a distinctive musicality\, are characterised by a strong implication as much interpretative as technical\, which will highlight the stylistic versatility and extraordinary skill of the company’s dancers. From one piece to the next\, the dance will become one with the music\, marrying its compositional richness thanks to choreographies that emphasise movement\, plasticity\, but also the importance of the single gesture. \n  \n  \nDUETTO INOFFENSIVO \nExcerpt from ‘Rossini Cards \nChoreography: Mauro Bigonzetti\nMusic: Gioachino Rossini\nAssistant to choreography: Roberto Zamorano\nLighting design: Carlo Cerri\nCostumes: Helena De Medeiros\nWith 2 dancers \nA passionate and intense duet by Mauro Bigonzetti: in the two women on stage there is sharing\, understanding\, but also disagreement\, and we find condensed the characters and stories of several female characters. Their encounter\, in a continuous repetition and alternation of complicity and conflict\, gives rise to an exchange of energies\, feelings and emotions linked to the disappointments of love. \n\nBRUTAL LOVE POEMS \nChoreography: Thomas Noone\nMusic: Jim Pinchen\nWith 4 dancers \n“I love you so much that I am in pain. I hope you suffer as much as I do …” \nRaw and dynamic\, Brutal Love Poems explores the ‘wild’ side that we hide within us and that only reveals itself in our most intimate moments. Somehow this revelation\, of our most primordial\, terrible and brutal being\, is perhaps only ever manifested in front of those closest to us\, the person we love.\nAn abstract\, non-narrative work\, in which the resonance of movements echoes and combines to form a whole\, seeking to entertain\, provoke and seduce. \n\n  \n  \n VIVALDI UMANE PASSIONI \nChoreography: Michele Merola\nMusic: Antonio Vivaldi\nLighting design: Cristina Spelti\nCostumes: Carlotta Montanari\nWith 7 dancers \nCo-production Teatro Ristori di Verona\nNational Premiere: 1 February 2019 – Teatro Ristori\, Verona \nWith each creation\, Michele Merola aims higher\, convinced that it is possible to express\, in dance\, joys\, tenderness\, anger\, expectations\, impulses\, torments. For the choreographer\, returning the fire of passions to bodies contaminated by life has always been a conditio sine qua non for representing the meaning of existence on Earth. And it is in the pages of the great composers that Merola loves to search for perspectives\, symmetries\, assonances between human feeling and music. His encounter with Antonio Vivaldi springs from this desire\, for a new production where ‘the relationship between music and movement plays the lion’s share’\, says Merola. \nStarting with Vivaldi’s best pieces and suggestions from the paintings of Marc Chagall\, Michele Merola has created Vivaldi Umane passioni: “With Vivaldi and baroque music\, I rediscover a love for pure choreographic design\, while the inspiration I find in Marc Chagall’s paintings – works such as The Birthday (1915)\, On the City (1918)\, Love on the Scene (1920)\, Introduction to Jewish Theatre (1920) – \, has guided my work towards human passions\, the evasion from the everyday to detach oneself from the ground\, listening to inner emotions. In both artists\, I sense a great desire for life\, beauty\, elegance in living’. \nSome of the composer’s best-known scores are mirrored in Merola’s journeys: the violin concertos La Follia\, L’Inquietudine\, L’Estro Armonico\, and Il Favorito best express the sentiments that punctuate one’s life. Faced with this supreme grace\, the vortex of sonorous intensity and richness of timbre\, Merola pushes the accelerator of movement dynamics to develop new reflections. As an ‘athlete of the heart’\, and of its most secret recesses\, the choreographer visualises those themes with intimate involvement and a strongly contemporary slant\, sculpting them in dance and in the air with the same passion and fury dictated by the notes. Fuelled by the two arts\, the dialogue that is created\, intense\, balanced in terms of the balance of forces\, enriches and nourishes the spectator’s imagination with complexity and compositional richness. It is a chess game in which music and bodies chase each other\, confront each other\, overlap\, in a representational dynamic that the union makes even more intense. SUMMARY:Double Side
DESCRIPTION:The Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto premieres its new production Double Side in its hometown Reggio Emilia\, in the framework of Festival Aperto. \nBaroque music and contemporary dance are combined in the new programme of the Italian Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto\, which features two choreographers from Canada and Cuba who are little known in Italy\, Danièle Desnoyers and Norge Cedeño Raffo. In close collaboration with the Fondazione Arturo Toscanini from Parma\, its orchestral counterpart from Emilia-Romagna Region\, the renowned company brings along a musical ensemble of singers and string players\, dancing to a baroque suite and a “Stabat Mater” by Arvo Pärt. \n \nSynopsis \nThe Cuban Norge Cedeño Raffo creates to religious music\, of all things. The young\, up-and-coming choreographer was a soloist with Danza Contemporánea de Cuba\, the most important contemporary company in Cuba. Arvo Pärt’s “Stabat Mater” becomes a painful farewell work for him. The Estonian composer set the medieval text about the pain of the Mother of God to music in his characteristic\, reduced style. The moving effect of this music also characterises the expressive\, free and\, in the most beautiful sense\, pure dance: how can one find hope again in a destroyed world and after such a great loss\, how can one go on living\, Norge Cedeño Raffo asks himself in his work. \n\nChoreographer Danièle Desnoyers comes from Montréal\, the metropolis of modern Canadian dance\, where her light\, fluid style and her own company make her a permanent fixture on the contemporary scene. In addition to a theatrical element\, her pieces always have a strong relationship to music. Her creation for Aterballetto is based on a suite by the Italian composer Federico Gon; the specialist for baroque music was inspired by Henry Purcell. \n  \n \n  \nCredits \nSTABAT MATER\n(Creation for 3 dancers\, 3 musicians\, 3 singers) \nChoreography Norge Cedeño Raffo\nSet and lighting design Fabiana Piccioli\nMusic Stabat Mater by Arvo Pärt\nCostume design Norge Cedeño Raffo and Fabiana Piccioli\nAssistant to the choreographer Thais Suàrez Fernàndez \nWITH DROOPING WINGS\n(Creation for 8 dancers\, 4 strings) \nChoreography Danièle Desnoyers\nMusic An English Suite by Federico Gon after Henry Purcell\nSet and lighting design Fabiana Piccioli\nCostume design Danièle Desnoyers\nWith the support of Délégation du Québec à Rome and Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec \n \n\nCo-design and co-production Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto and Fondazione Arturo Toscanini\nCo-production Festspiele Ludwigshafen\, Fondazione I Teatri di Reggio Emilia \nWorld-premiere 23 October 2022\, Reggio Emilia\, Festival Aperto\, Teatro Municipale Romolo Valli (I)\nGerman premiere 9-10 December 2022\, Ludwigshafen\, Theater Im Pfalzbau (D) \n\nDancers Aterballetto Company\nQuartetto Motus for La Toscanini: Giulia Soli\, Agnese Rava violin\, Dario Carrera viola\, Margherita Curti cello\nSoprano: Theodora Io Koutsothodoru\nCountertenor: Nicolò Balducci\nTenor: Kim Bowoo\nMusical coaching: Antonio De Lorenzi \nDocufilm Stabat Mater - Danzare oltre i confini \n\n\nNorge Cedeño Raffo’s creation Stabat Mater inspired Rai5 to make the docufilm Stabat Mater – Danzare oltre i confini (Dancing Beyond Borders). \nThe docufilm closely reports the artistic and human experience of the young talented choreographer\, for the first time in Italy\, and shows his creative process\, in the setting of the Teatro Asioli in Correggio\, a small Italian-style theatre immersed in the Po Valley\, one of the most fascinating and evocative. \nThe filming of the docufilm (directed by Alessandro D’Onghia) began on 29 January 2021 (the choreographer’s first day of work with the three dancers) and ended on 6 March 2021 (the day of the closed-door preview at the Teatro Asioli in Correggio\, with musicians and singers from the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali Achille Peri in Reggio Emilia). The airing of the docufilm on Rai5 was on 29 April 2021\, on the occasion of the International Day of Dance. \nMEDIA PARTNER\n \nWatch the docufilm

SUMMARY:Il piccolo re dei fiori
DESCRIPTION:SHOW FOR CHILDREN (4-8 years old)\nIl piccolo Re dei Fiori (The Little Flower King) is a story about two young people who live opposite each other. So close and yet so far apart that their eyes have never met. One morning\, however\, she sees him\, all melancholy\, taking care of a small flower bed in front of their house\, with that attention that is only given to the deepest desires. The project explores a form of contamination between languages such as dance\, shadow and music\, conceiving it expressly for children. \nIl piccolo Re dei Fiori is a fairy tale. From the fairy tale there is the classic “Once upon a time” and also the unfailing “King” who\, however\, here is small and curious\, lives alone\, loves his garden and has pockets full of tulip bulbs. In the fairy tale there is also the theme of ‘waiting’\, the King’s long wait before the flowers bloom\, and also that of ‘lack’. Lack of what? The King does not know\, but he does know that his tulips\, though beautiful\, cannot make him happy. So here is the ‘journey’ in search of what can fill his lack. A journey that is like a dream\, on new routes unknown to the King\, that lasts only a day and a night but seems to encompass the time of a lifetime. \n \nIn the morning light\, the king hears a subtle voice coming from a newly opened tulip flower that repeats ‘I am here\, I am here…’. In front of a little princess\, the king\, full of wonder\, asks himself wonders: “Is it you whom I have been searching for so long?”.\nAs in any self-respecting fairy tale\, there is no shortage of ‘and they all lived happily ever after’\, which makes us think that\, yes\, it was indeed her that the King had so long desired. \nIl piccolo Re dei Fiori is also a story about two young people who live opposite each other. So close and yet so far apart that their eyes have never met. One morning\, however\, she sees him\, all melancholy\, taking care of a small flowerbed in front of their house\, with that attention that is only given to the deepest desires. It is thus\, observing him surreptitiously\, that she begins to write for him\, on little cards\, the fairy tale that will lead them to their happy reunion. \n \nIl piccolo Re dei Fiori is a performance in which the theme of the search for happiness is rendered with lightness and poetry\, thanks to a simple and essential plot and exuberant and imaginative imagery. With the counterpoint of a few but important words\, the tale takes on stage form thanks to a rich musical fabric that accompanies and supports the spectacular shadow images of Teatro Gioco Vita\, taken from the splendid illustrations by Květa Pacovská\, and the expressive gestures of the two dancers from Balletto di Roma\, the result of original choreography by Valerio Longo. \nThe power of a fairy tale is contained in its ability to be incredibly distant and at the same time close to our daily lives. What is required of us in order to access a fairy tale is to agree to make ourselves small\, very small\, to pass through magical and unexpected entrances\, to know how to wait and\, while waiting\, to pay attention to every word\, every gesture\, every shadow in order to be amazed by the fairy tale itself. Thus it is also for us. In this almost archetypal fairy tale\, a king\, an enchanted garden\, waiting\, an unknown desire\, a journey\, a finding oneself in happiness\, come alive in the shadows through music and dance\, and allow everyone’s feelings to be revealed in it. Thus\, as each fairy tale\, word after word\, animates the desires of those who hear it\, so life\, unexpectedly\, leads them to fulfil them. \n \n  \nBalletto di Roma / Teatro Gioco Vita \nBalletto di Roma\, founded in 1960 by Franca Bartolomei and Walter Zappolini\, has always promoted the production and dissemination of Italian auteur dance in Europe and throughout the world\, with a repertoire that today is attentive to innovation and research while maintaining a strong focus on the history and tradition that have made it famous. Over the years\, the Roman theatre has seen a succession of prestigious collaborations and multiple creative souls\, and the production activity has grown\, both in terms of quantity and quality of the works staged during the seasons\, with growing public approval. Starting in 2018\, general director Luciano Carratoni brings a significant generational change to the top of the structure by appointing Francesca Magnini\, a university lecturer at the Sapienza University in Rome\, as artistic director. The new artistic figure strengthens the schemes and broadens the objectives of internationalisation by involving bodies and institutions: among the collaborations is also the one with the Department of History\, Anthropology\, Religions\, Arts and Performing Arts of the Sapienza University of Rome. \nballettodiroma.com \nTeatro Gioco Vita (artistic director Diego Maj) was founded in 1971 from the experience of theatrical animation and with its peculiar way of doing and experiencing theatre it made an original contribution to the birth of children’s theatre.
It is thus\, observing him secretly\, that begins to write for him\, on little cards\, the fairy tale that will lead them to their happy meeting. \n\nCREDITS\nFairy tale for music\, shadows and dance from The Little Flower King by KVĚTA PACOVSKÁ \nA creation by VALERIO LONGO and FABRIZIO MONTECCHI\nWith Marcello Giovani and Isabella Minosi \nDramaturgy: Enrica Carini and Fabrizio Montecchi\nChoreography: Valerio Longo\nDirection and sets: Fabrizio Montecchi\nMusic: Paolo Codognola\nShapes: Nicoletta Garioni and Agnese Meroni (based on drawings by Květa Pacovská)\nCostumes: Sara Bartesaghi Gallo and Nicoletta Garioni\nVoices: Valeria Barreca and Tiziano Ferrari\nLights: Anna Adorno \nDramaturgy collaboration: Valerio Longo and Francesca Magnini\nRealisation of sets and scenic objects: Giovanni Mutti\, Nicoletta Garioni and Agnese Meroni \nProduction: Balletto di Roma\, Teatro Gioco Vita \nLive Streaming Premiere: 14 February 2021\, Teatro Filodrammatici\, Piacenza \nAudience: from 4 to 8 years old\nDuration: 50 minutes \nINSIGHTS \nIl piccolo Re dei Fiori is the text by Květa Pacovská around which two historical theatre and dance organisations have come together: Balletto di Roma\, which in 2020 celebrated sixty years since its foundation\, and Teatro Gioco Vita\, which in 2021 celebrated its fiftieth anniversary and which\, at the end of the 1970s\, encountered shadow theatre\, making an original contribution to the birth of children’s theatre. It met shadow theatre at the end of the 1970s and developed a unique experience that earned it recognition and prestigious collaborations all over the world. SUMMARY:Double Side
DESCRIPTION:At Teatro Comunale in Ferrara Aterballetto presents the new production Double Side. \n  \n \n  \nCredits \nSTABAT MATER\n(Creation for 3 dancers\, 3 musicians\, 3 singers) \nChoreography Norge Cedeño Raffo\nSet and lighting design Fabiana Piccioli\nMusic Stabat Mater by Arvo Pärt\nCostume design Norge Cedeño Raffo and Fabiana Piccioli\nAssistant to the choreographer Thais Suàrez Fernàndez \nWITH DROOPING WINGS\n(Creation for 8 dancers\, 4 strings) \nChoreography Danièle Desnoyers\nMusic An English Suite by Federico Gon after Henry Purcell\nSet and lighting design Fabiana Piccioli\nCostume design Danièle Desnoyers\nWith the support of Délégation du Québec à Rome and Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec \n \n\nCo-design and co-production Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto and Fondazione Arturo Toscanini\nCo-production Festspiele Ludwigshafen\, Fondazione I Teatri di Reggio Emilia \nWorld-premiere 23 October 2022\, Reggio Emilia\, Festival Aperto\, Teatro Municipale Romolo Valli (I)\nGerman premiere 9-10 December 2022\, Ludwigshafen\, Theater Im Pfalzbau (D) \n\nDancers Aterballetto Company\nQuartetto Motus for La Toscanini: Giulia Soli\, Agnese Rava violin\, Dario Carrera viola\, Margherita Curti cello\nSoprano: Theodora Io Koutsothodoru\nCountertenor: Nicolò Balducci\nTenor: Kim Bowoo\nMusical coaching: Antonio De Lorenzi \nDocufilm Stabat Mater - Danzare oltre i confini\nNorge Cedeño Raffo’s creation Stabat Mater inspired Rai5 to make the docufilm Stabat Mater – Danzare oltre i confini (Dancing Beyond Borders).

SUMMARY:Don Juan
DESCRIPTION:At Teatro Sociale in Como Aterballetto dances Don Juan\, the full evening production by Johan Inger. \nThe choreography comes from Inger’s desire to confront Don Juan\, a paradigmatic myth that is both ancient and still contemporary. The original comedy by Tirso de Molina\, Molière\, Bertold Brecht and the play by Suzanne Lilar are just some of the sources of inspiration: Inger and playwright Gregor Acuña-Pohl consulted twenty-five different texts inspired by the character. \nIn the creation we find all the characters of the story\, from Donna Elvira to Donna Anna to Zerlina and Masetto. Don Juan can be considered a Kammerspiel\, with its ability to emphasise nuances and emotions: and in the case of this creation\, dance becomes a magnifying glass for the individual characters\, subtly but clearly revealing the inner world of the men and women on stage. \nDanza&Danza Award ‘Best Production’ 2020 \n

The dancers act as the puppeteers of their own bodies\, animating their avatars in real time and composing the cosmogony of a world in suspension. In a cosmic space or in the heart of a virtual city\, the moving bodies of the dancers break free from the laws of physics to the droning analog sounds of Swiss doom rock band Tar Pond\, offering the audience a mesmerizing journey beyond reality. \n\n  \n  \n Cie Gilles Jobin \nSince 1995 Cie Gilles Jobin has created more than 20 choreographic projects\, which have become references on the world stage. In 2015 Gilles Jobin received the Swiss Grand Award for Dance by the Swiss Office of Culture. \nWith the 3D film WOMB in 2016\, the company started investigating digital possibilities for contemporary dance within the volume of the frame. Discovering the power of motion capture\, the company created VR_I\, a groundbreaking dance piece in immersive virtual reality that premiered at the 2017 FNC – Festival du Nouveau Cinema in Montreal and won both the Innovation and People’s Choice awards for Most Innovative Work for New Platforms. In 2018 the work featured at the Sundance Film Festival and at the 75th Venice International Film Festival. SUMMARY:Golden Days
DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto starts its France tour from Narbonne\, in Occitania. \nGolden Days is an evening that begins with the smoky atmospheres of Rain Dogs and ends with the light and smiles of BLISS through the ironic female solo of Birdland. \nAll accompanied by the music of Tom Waits\, Patti Smith and Keith Jarrett. \n“An andante cantabile\, an adagio and a rondo. Essentially a concert. Of dance\, however\, and yet with a great soundtrack.”\nSergio Trombetta\, La Stampa\, 10.07.2017

SUMMARY:Don Juan
DESCRIPTION:The French tour goes on in Reims. For two nights\, on 12th and 13th November\, at the Opéra de Reims\, Aterballetto dances Don Juan\, the full evening production by Johan Inger.

Here three dancers move in a dance made of the intertwining of a very high technical complexity and unknown movements\, like creatures from other worlds. Space and costumes of the dancers have similar aesthetic traits\, resulting in a camouflage effect. The choreography is built with a cyclical idea whose elements\, while varying\, return with an apparent randomness\, as happens to thunderstorms and storms. \n \nAfter having attended for a long time outdoor landscapes in their changes within the alternation of the seasons (The Invisible Seasons – Infinite Choreographic Cycle 2018-2021\, awarded with the Siae and Mibac Prize For Who Creates and selected by the Big Pulse Alliance as one of the eight best European outdoor projects 2021 in the programme Open Air Commission)\, with this project Fabrizio Favale now investigates the concept of mimicry. Sometimes useful in nature\, sometimes useless\, mimicry is seen here first of all as an aesthetic event. A way of disappearing\, dissolving into the surrounding\, to reappear with the appearance of the surrounding. \nFabrizio Favale \nHis dance is oriented towards abstraction\, typical of the American techniques with which he was trained. The choreographic landscapes that he draws in his works seem to refer from time to time to distant and unknown worlds\, in which dance presents itself as a horizon free from interpretation and classification. \nFabrizio studied classical ballet with Denis Carey\, Victor Litvinov\, Sue Carlton Jones. SUMMARY:Don Juan
DESCRIPTION:The fifth stop of the French tour is Arcachon\, on the Atlantic coast.\nAt Théâtre Olympia Aterballetto dances Don Juan\, the full evening production by Johan Inger.

And also assumptions\, fears and apprehensions about what we will be\, about what is to come. \nThe end result of a workshop on childhood seen by those who lived it not too long ago and at the same time\, in imagining themselves old\, by those who today can only assume memories still unknown. \nChoreography Roberto Tedesco\nPerformers Dancers from the formazione StudioXL \nMusic Hiro Kone\, Colleen\nLight design Gessica Germini \nOh Peter\, hello. In it is included the desire to which I had to return and which I had to keep. A resolute control of aspirations is necessary in order not to become a victim of them.\nYou are without siege\, and I am no longer a smile but winter. Cover yourself too.\nYou said that every body seeks\, calls\, must fulfil itself. It is true\, here is the ritual to go.\nI feel that you want to drag me into your space but I have chosen to return to myself\, in symbiosis with my wide gestures and without constraints. We are our past. This is shown by our faces with the signs of advancing age\, it is shown by our eyes in which a mixture of disappointment and satisfaction shines through.\nWithout memory of the past\, without projection into the future\, we cannot make sense of the world and the people in it.\nSo it is up to us to choose and ask ourselves questions\, is time our ally? Can it heal our wounds? Or do we use time only to forget and eventually forgive? \nChoreography Taulant Shehu\nPerformers Dancers from formazione StudioXL \nAuthors Ezio Bosso\nLight design Gessica Germini \nStudioXL International Contemporary Dance Education \nArtistic Direction Emanuela Baratin\, Laura Matano \nStudioXL is aimed at dancers aged 18 and over who wish to deepen their study of the contemporary performing arts.\nIt is an eight-month long advanced training course during which they will alternate study\, research and performance throughout Europe.\nInternationally renowned professional choreographers also participate in the project in order to give the dancers the best training possible.\nThe aim of the study course is to refine the technical\, scenic and expressive skills of each dancer and to guide them to the discovery and enhancement of their professional identity. \nstudioxlcontemporary.it \nINFO & TICKETS \nTICKETS\nFull 10 euro\nReduced under 30\, dance schools\, Liceo Coreutico Matilde di Canossa\, over 65\, CRAL members Municipality of Reggio Emilia: 6 euro\nReduced under 8: 3 euro \nPURCHASING TICKETS \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \nThe ticket office service in Fonderia is open from 5 pm. \nTickets are not numbered. \nCONTACTS \nTel 0522273016 \nCell and whatsapp 3341023554

SUMMARY:È pericoloso non sporgersi
DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, Dec. 7\, 6 p.m. at Chiostri San Pietro in Reggio Emilia we present  È pericoloso non sporgersi\, a surprising new production only available with virtual reality visors. \nChoreography and direction are by Francesca Lattuada\, a visionary artist active in France\, who starts from the historical memory of some rooms of the Museo di storia della psichiatria\, and leans on the ability of the extraordinary contortionist Lise Pauton to force\, almost distort\, the perception of reality. Her metamorphoses will be incessant\, leading to the blurring of ordinary temporality\, the loss of the most concrete notions of spatiality (high-low\, big-small\, visible-invisible…). \nThe viewer will thus experience an immersion in a world in which all habitual references have vanished. A bit like what could happen to the guests of the Lombroso Pavilion. \nFND-Aterballetto – è pericoloso non sporgersi – ph. Maria Letizia Piantoni (12) \n  \nThe work is created on the occasion of the billboard Identità inquieta\, a great choral work of the city of Reggio Emilia involving institutions and organizations of social\, educational and cultural life\, with the intention of offering a rich and varied calendar of cultural events to show visions on the infinite nuances of identity. \nÈ pericoloso non sporgersi is within the Virtual Dance for Real People project. \nCredits \nDirection and choreography: <strong>Francesca Lattuada</strong>\nMusic: <strong>traditional corean music</strong>; <strong><em>“Lascia la spina\, cogli la rosa”</em> </strong>di <strong>Georg Friedrich Händel</strong>\, performed by <strong>Francesca Lattuada</strong>\nCostumes: <strong>Francesca Lattuada</strong>\nPerformer: <strong>Lise Pauton</strong> \nProduction: <strong>Fondazione Nazionale della Danza /Aterballetto</strong>\nCoproduction: <strong>Fondazione Palazzo Magnani</strong>\nTechnological development and user experience design by Giulia Losi\, Annalisa Mombelli (RE:LAB)\nVideo production & editing by Guido Acampa (Riot Studio) \nPremiere: <strong>7 december 2022\, Chiostri di San Pietro\, Reggio Emilia</strong> \nPartnership <strong>Comune di Reggio Emilia / Musei Civici</strong> \n<img class=”alignnone wp-image-17406″ src=”https://www.fndaterballetto.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/logo_Comune_MuseiRE.jpg” alt=”” width=”130″ height=”130″ /> \n<em>Initiative realized at Chiostri di San Pietro as part of the <strong>Rete dei Laboratori Aperti of Emilia-Romagna\, co-financed by European Funds – Por Fesr 2014-2020</strong></em> \n<img class=”alignnone wp-image-17408″ src=”https://www.fndaterballetto.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/laboratorio-aperto.jpg” alt=”” width=”440″ height=”99″ /> \nPerfomance inside the program ‘Identità Inquieta’ \n<img class=”alignnone wp-image-17410 size-full” src=”https://www.fndaterballetto.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/identità-inquieta.png” alt=”” width=”147″ height=”147″ /> \nImagery \nBorn X.                                                                                          She lives near Reggio Emilia\, presumably in a cave.          She feeds on berries and plants. \nAt 29\, accused of stealing chickens\, she spent 33 days in the Lombroso Pavilion. \nThe testimonies of nurses\, patients and doctors describe a discreet\, sweet and silent woman. \nAdalgisa claims to be inhabited by four entities: \n— The Winged man\, age 35.                                                        — The Infant\, age 7.\n— The Age-less Phantom                                                                — An invisible entity that sometimes calls the Beast and sometimes the Light\, who heals her and whom she heals. \nThe transformations raise amazement and fright; Adalgisa’s body\, habitually rigid\, becomes disconcertingly flexible. \nWhen and where to see the work \n<h3><span style=”color: #d40000;”><strong>Prima presentazione</strong></span></h3>\nDecember 7\, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. \nChiostri di San Pietro\, via Emilia a San Pietro 44/c\, Reggio Emilia \nFree entry \n<hr /> \nAfter Dec. 7\, the installation can be enjoyed within the guided tour of Chiostri di San Pietro in the manner and on the days and times indicated on the website: <a href=”https://www.chiostrisanpietro.it/visita/servizi/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer”>https://www.chiostrisanpietro.it/visita/servizi/</a>
