SUMMARY:Solo Echo / Reconciliatio / Glory Hall
DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto performs Solo Echo\, Reconciliatio\, and Glory Hall at the Teatro Comunale Pavarotti in Modena on 22 May 2026.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe dancers of the CCN/Aterballetto take the stage in a production featuring works by acclaimed choreographers\, including the multi-award-winning Crystal Pite\, one of the most celebrated figures in contemporary dance. Solo Echo is inspired by two cello and piano sonatas by Johannes Brahms and by the poem “Lines for Winter” by Mark Strand. As in Strand’s poem\, Solo Echo invokes winter — through music and movement — to express something essential about acceptance and loss. \nReconciliatio is a delicate female duet inspired by the Book of Revelation\, created by one of the world’s leading choreographers\, Angelin Preljocaj. \nThe evening concludes with Glory Hall\, a new creation by Diego Tortelli\, offering both the company and the audience a vivid fresco of sensuality and irresistible vitality. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nhttps://youtu.be/erHGNRRz6sQ \nCREDITS \nSolo Echo\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCoreografia: Crystal PiteMusiche: Johannes Brahms (Sonata for Cello and Piano in E Minor\, Op. 38: I. SUMMARY:Rhapsody in blue / Reconciliatio / Solo Echo
DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto performs in Istanbul the triple bill by Iratxe Ansa & Igor Bacovich\, Angelin Preljocaj\, and Crystal Pite.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe CCN/Aterballetto presents a true concert in dance. Rhapsody in Blue by Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich is a playful\, vibrant choreography\, much like Gershwin’s iconic score. Reconciliatio is a delicate female pas de deux by Angelin Preljocaj\, set to Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. Solo Echo by Crystal Pite\, through Brahms’s sonatas for piano and cello\, invokes winter to express something essential about acceptance and loss. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n

SUMMARY:NOTTE MORRICONE
DESCRIPTION:Cluj opens Aterballetto’s Romanian tour of Notte Morricone.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAterballetto will be in Romania from 16 to 25 June 2026\, with the first stop in Cluj\, a city in the heart of Transylvania. \n\n“I\, Ennio Morricone\, am dead\,” the composer wrote before taking his leave. His music\, however\, cannot die. And this is how creators and artists always leave us without truly leaving us\, and how memory takes care of keeping them alive\, of keeping them safe. Notte Morricone is my gift\, a devoted tribute to the beauty he gave to the world.Notte Morricone unfolds in the twilight of an ordinary night in the life of a creator\, who\, alone and dazed before his sheets of paper\, jots down notes and imagines melodies for films that do not yet exist\, bringing stories back to life in the rarefied air of his room.”— Marcos Morau\, Director and Choreographer \n\n\n“It is impossible to describe Notte Morricone\, a masterful piece that reaches the audience in waves\, embraces them with emotional surges\, and captures them in the memory of timeless melodies that have long outlived the images that first gave rise to them. Equally enchanting is the finely chiselled and ever-poetic choreography\, composed with obsessive attention to detail: legs and necks seem jointless\, bending and snapping rhythmically like metronomes.”— Maria Luisa Buzzi\, Danza&Danza \n\nFind out more » \nDuration: 90 minutes

SUMMARY:NOTTE MORRICONE
DESCRIPTION:Bucharest is the final stop on Aterballetto’s Romanian tour of Notte Morricone.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAterballetto then arrives in the Romanian capital for the final two performances on 24 and 25 June 2026.

SUMMARY:Rhapsody in blue / An Echo\, A Wave / Reconciliatio / Solo Echo
DESCRIPTION:Aterballetto will be in Fürstenfeldbruck\, Germany\, on 9 July 2026.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe CCN/Aterballetto presents a true concert in dance. Rhapsody in Blue by Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich is a playful\, vibrant choreography\, much like Gershwin’s iconic score. In An Echo\, A Wave by Philippe Kratz\, the flowing movement of the two dancers evokes the motion of the sea. Reconciliatio is a delicate female pas de deux by Angelin Preljocaj\, set to Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. Solo Echo by Crystal Pite\, through Brahms’s sonatas for piano and cello\, invokes winter to express something essential about acceptance and loss. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n
