SUMMARY:Spellbound Evening\, choreographies by Mauro Astolfi
DESCRIPTION:Mauro Astolfi presents three choreographies created for his company as part of Danza in Fonderia.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn the occasion of International Dance Day\, Fonderia hosts three works by Mauro Astolfi for Spellbound Contemporary Ballet. On stage: Trust\, If you were a man and Holy Shift—three pieces exploring relationships\, listening and transformation through the language of dance. \n\n6:00 PM – Open rehearsal9:00 PM – Performance \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTrust \n\n\n\n\n\n\nChoreography and direction: Mauro AstolfiPerformers: Maria Cossu\, Giuliana MeleMusic: Various artists \nTrust is a short story about two women who do not really know how to behave toward one another. It is an attempt at a temporary agreement\, based on the idea of mutual trust as a tool for getting to know each other a little more quickly. A game woven from different personalities\, yet driven by a subtle need to understand what the other is thinking\, how she might stay close to you\, how you might live beside her. \nTrust is an infantile\, mature\, adolescent yet aware duet—a brief narrative\, a suggestion about certain decisions that sometimes must be made quickly and that can change the course of life. The two vibrate together\, in unison they hide within one another\, they protect each other… and\, moving forward\, they become friends; in the end\, they discover that they can trust one another. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you were a man \n\n\n\n\n\n\nChoreography: Mauro AstolfiPerformers: Filippo Arlenghi\, Roberto Pontieri\, Alessandro Piergentili\, Lorenzo BeneventanoMusic: Various artistsCostumes: Anna Coluccia \nA production by Spellbound \nWith the support of the Ministry of Culture \nCo-production: Attraversamenti Multipli and Armonie d’Arte Festival \nIf you were a man is a study for four men on a profound reprogramming of listening. If the sounds produced by movement and breath could always be decoded in time\, certain things might be avoided\, might never happen\, and one might learn to listen effectively to a body that does not speak. \nThe wonder of a silent dialogue carries unexpected results with it… even the smallest noises and the body’s strategies may reveal an imminent conflict in advance. \nRejection\, suspicion\, distrust\, love\, or fear are not always communicated in time for intervention\, in time to receive precious information about others. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nHoly Shift \n\n\n\n\n\n\nChoreography and direction: Mauro AstolfiPerformers: Maria Cossu\, Marco Prete\, Martina Staltari\, Miriam Raffone\, Filippo Arlenghi\, Lorenzo Beneventano\, Alessandro Piergentili\, Anita Bonavida\, Giuliana MeleLighting design: Marco PolicastroOriginal music: Davidson JaconelloCostumes: Anna ColucciaChoreography assistant: Elena Furlan \nA production by Spellbound \nWith the support of the Ministry of Culture and Regione Lazio \nIn collaboration with Festival MilanOltre \nHoly Shift is a rupture of the paradigm\, the end of a linear dream.A kind of “sacred” disorientation in which it is better to stop looking for answers in familiar models and instead cultivate a new openness to change. \nSometimes we can find the sacred in ruin\, in disintegration\, where a new version of the “sacred” may be hidden. \nHoly Shift is an inner displacement toward a new orientation\, not toward power\, but toward presence.I do not believe the future will be built like a project…rather\, it will reveal itself to those who are able to remain listening to the void\,to inhabit uncertainty without fleeing it\,to recognise in chaos the hidden grammar of another possibility. \nMauro Astolfi \n\n\n\n\n\n\nMauro Astolfi \n\n\n\n\n\n\nMauro Astolfi is one of the most representative authors on the European contemporary dance scene. Active internationally as both a choreographer and teacher\, he has developed a distinctive and ever-evolving movement language\, shaped by a personal reinterpretation of different forms of contemporary expression. \nAfter a long period in the United States\, he founded Spellbound Contemporary Ballet in 1994 together with Valentina Marini\, a production project that is now a leading presence on the international contemporary dance market. Alongside his extensive work for the company\, Astolfi has also been active in recent years as a freelance choreographer. \nHis creations include works for Kitonb Extreme Theatre Company\, the Theatre School of Amsterdam (2004)\, Balletto di Roma (2009 and 2012)\, Szegedi Kortárs Balett in Hungary (2009)—the same year he also choreographed the musical I Promessi Sposi – Opera moderna directed by Michele Guardì—Leipziger Ballett (2011)\, and River North Chicago Dance Company (2011). In that same year\, he co-created a project with Israeli artist Adi Salant\, Associate Director of Batsheva Dance Company\, for Danza e/è cultura\, a cultural bridge between Italy and Israel promoted by MIUR\, Fondazione Flavio Vespasiano\, and the Municipality of Rieti. \nIn 2012\, he was invited to create a new work for BalletX in Philadelphia and to develop Humanology – Site specific young project for Festival Oriente Occidente. In 2013\, he was one of five choreographers selected for the MINUTEMADE project at Gärtnerplatztheater in Munich. SUMMARY:STELLA
DESCRIPTION:Luciano Padovani brings the dance of the Years of Lead to Fonderia.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRome\, Saturday 18 March 1978.An orange commercial envelope is found in an underpass at Largo di Torre Argentina\, containing a Polaroid photograph: the portrait of a man in shirtsleeves\, a flag with a five-pointed star… and communiqué no. 1 of the Red Brigades. The years of desire and lead\, in a danced fragment of republican Italy. \nThe lived experience of choreographer Luciano Padovani becomes\, in STELLA\, material shaped through the bodies and voices of the two performers: Roberta Piazza and Andrea Rizzo. \n\nWith them\, we enter a brigatist hideout—that hideout… an interior scene inhabited and stirred by intense emotions and moments of great humanity and poetry. A warm atmosphere made of illusions and projections\, masterfully suggested by costume designer Lucia Lapolla. \nElisabetta Calvi \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nhttps://youtu.be/2Ju8v8nh5lo?si=50WffQBk6J1O9wwD \nCREDITS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChoreography and direction: Luciano PadovaniBy and with Luciano Padovani\, Roberta Piazza\, Andrea RizzoCritical eye: Mauro ZocchettaLighting: Thomas HeugerCostumes: Lucia Lapolla \nA production by Compagnia Naturalis Labor \nCo-production: Festival AbanoDanza 2024 \nWith the support of: MIC – Ministry of Culture\, Regione Veneto\, Arco Danza\, Comune di Vicenza \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLuciano Padovani \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHe came to dance relatively late\, during his university studies. A decisive encounter was with Carolyn Carlson\, who encouraged him to move abroad. He chose Paris\, where he spent two intense years in the heart of the nouvelle danse française. He then returned to Italy and moved to Milan\, where he worked with Susanna Beltrami’s company and at Teatro alla Scala. Eventually\, he returned to Vicenza and founded Compagnia Naturalis Labor. It was then that he realised that being a choreographer was truly his calling. He describes himself as a “craftsman of the body.” \nWith the company\, he has created dozens of works. He has collaborated on numerous opera productions\, in theatre\, for events\, and has created choreographies for various Italian dance companies. He is the artistic director of Festival AbanoDanza and Visioni di Danza. SUMMARY:Cry Violet
DESCRIPTION:Panzetti / Ticconi: dance between expiation and greenwashing at Fonderia.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCRY VIOLET\, named after the extinct flower of the same name\, is a choreographic creation by and with Panzetti / Ticconi\, set to a sound composition conceived and performed by Teho Teardo. \nUsing a gestural code that evokes expressions of pain and shame inspired by the iconography of original sin\, the work highlights the human tendency to atone for guilt through practices that attempt either to repair environmental damage already done or to conceal it. Widespread phenomena such as greenwashing\, in fact\, represent deceptive practices that evade real solutions to the damage human action has inflicted on the environment. \nActions such as cleaning merge with crying. In this context\, a common object like a cloth or handkerchief transforms its function—from a cleaning tool into an element that holds pain\, absorbing tears. Echoing Lady Macbeth’s repeated and futile gesture of trying to wash away the mark of guilt from her hands\, the two performers trace the mechanical ritual of cleaning and concealing. It is within this limbo—between genuine attempts and merely superficial efforts to repair the damage—that CRY VIOLET takes shape\, in a shifting complicity between the aestheticisation of guilt and the act of resolving or hiding it\, until guilt itself becomes an appealing\, seductive\, almost promotional material. \n\n“(…) the choreographic elegance of Panzetti/Ticconi meets the musical energy of Teho Teardo. The composer\, musician and sound designer—winner of the David di Donatello for Best Original Score for the soundtrack of Il Divo by Paolo Sorrentino—has long explored stimuli from other artistic forms. He dedicates himself to concert and recording activities\, investigating the relationship between electronic music and traditional instruments\, as well as creating sound installations and composing for cinema\, television series\, and theatre.”\nEsplorazioni-Triennale.org \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nhttps://youtu.be/nMbfqoJ_y48?si=CDC4NKCwYyU_1Y-E \nCREDITS \nChoreography\, performance\, costumes: Ginevra Panzetti\, Enrico TicconiSound composition: Teho TeardoGraphic illustration: Ginevra PanzettiOriginally created within: Esplorazioni – a project by Triennale Milano in collaboration with Volvo Car ItaliaWith the support of: Lavanderia a Vapore\, Piemonte dal Vivo – Turin (IT); Rampe – Stuttgart (DE) \nPanzetti / Ticconi \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGinevra Panzetti and Enrico Ticconi live between Berlin and Turin and have been working as an artistic duo since 2008. Their research unfolds across dance\, performance\, and visual art. By exploring themes connected to the historic relationship between communication\, violence\, and power\, they draw on ancient imaginaries to construct hybrid images suspended between history and contemporaneity. \nTheir work has received numerous international recognitions and has been presented at some of the most prestigious European festivals\, as well as in Japan\, Brazil\, Lebanon\, Jordan\, and the United Arab Emirates. Since 2020\, their choreographic practice as a duo—often involving them as performers of their own creations—has expanded to include the creation of works for other major international companies such as Studio Contemporary Dance Company (HR)\, T.H.E Dance Company (SG)\, Dance On Ensemble (DE)\, and MM Contemporary Dance Company (IT). \nOne of their most recent choreographic works\, INSEL\, premiered in 2023 at the Tanz im August Festival in Berlin. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTalk with Michele Pascarella \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAt the end of both performances\, there will be a moment of meeting and discussion with performers Ginevra Panzetti and Enrico Ticconi\, together with arts and culture communicator Michele Pascarella. \nMichele PascarellaArts and culture communicator.A critic and scholar of theatre\, dance\, and visual arts\, with a curiosity for other artistic fields. SUMMARY:Habemus Naufragium
DESCRIPTION:Silvia Pezzarossi dances the storms of the present at Fonderia.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn a world that increasingly struggles to imagine its future in the face of climatic\, social\, and political upheavals\, Habemus Naufragium invites us—with momentum—towards a positive resilience. Choreographer Silvia Pezzarossi\, in duet with dancer Anna-Maria Bayon\, proposes an eccentric shipwreck that carries us through the tempests of our time. \nWith an imagination without limits—at times grotesque and ironic\, at others poetic—their metaphorical dances push solidarity and complicity towards a fluid\, perfect metamorphosis of bodies\, until they become one: a new being\, in full transformation. \nLike a remedy for our eco-anxiety\, this colourful performance offers a dose of creative hope to be taken with eyes wide open. \nStrobe lighting is used. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nhttps://youtu.be/mni3RFxIr5o \nCREDITS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDirection and choreography: Silvia PezzarossiCreation and performance: Silvia Pezzarossi\, Anna-Maria Besnier BayonArtistic assistance and dramaturgy: Simon GillardDramaturgy and performers’ direction support: Maialen ArranoSound creation: Clément Braive\, Raphaël VeninLighting design: Jean-Jacques DeneumoustierTechnical direction: Leo De Neve\, Adele EvansCostumes: Marta Lodoli \nCo-productions: Théâtre Les Brigittines\, Théâtre Delta\, Charleroi Danse – Centre Chorégraphique de Wallonie-Bruxelles \nArtistic residencies: Théâtre Les Brigittines\, Théâtre Delta\, Charleroi Danse – Centre Chorégraphique de Wallonie-Bruxelles\, Théâtre Marni\, Up Circus and Performing Arts\, Studio Étangs Noir\, Cie 29.27 / SEPT CENT QUATRE VINGT TROIS\, La Briqueterie CDCN Val-de-Marne\, CC Wolubilis\, CC Les Riches Claires\, Akropoditi Dance Centre \nWith the support of: Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles – Dance Department\, Wallonie-Bruxelles International\, WBTD\, Plastique Palace Théâtre\, Charleroi Danse – Centre Chorégraphique de Wallonie-Bruxelles \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSilvia Pezzarossi \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nItalian dancer and choreographer Silvia Pezzarossi\, based in Brussels since 2012\, initially trained in classical dance in Reggio Emilia at the Accademia Cosi-Stafanescu\, before continuing her studies in contemporary dance at the Ballet Junior de Genève and at the professional school Modem / Cie Zappalà Danza (Sicily). \nIn Belgium\, she has worked as a dancer and performer with Lies Serdons\, the Poetic Punkers collective\, Cie Marie Martinez\, and the contemporary circus company Les Chaussons Rouges. Internationally\, she has collaborated with Keren Rosenberg\, Roy Assaf\, and Roberto Zappalà. \nSince 2013\, Silvia has been developing her own choreographic work\, creating Mucyclo (2014)\, Waiting for the Fishes (2016)\, En attendant que les poissons passent… (2018)\, and Habemus Naufragium (2024). \nA keen observer of society\, her research explores human behaviour and its dynamics\, with particular attention to energy\, expressivity\, and bodily metamorphosis—balancing poetry and spontaneity. Her works are supported by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles and Charleroi Danse\, and have toured in Belgium\, France\, Greece\, Turkey\, and Italy. \nHabemus Naufragium\, her fourth project\, was selected by the Théâtre des Doms as part of the Belgian programme at the Festival d’Avignon 2025. \nSilvia is currently in the research phase for a new creation scheduled for 2027. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nINFO & TICKETS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTICKETSFull price: €10Reduced price (under 30\, dance schools\, Liceo Coreutico Matilde di Canossa\, over 65\, CRAL Comune di Reggio Emilia members): €6Reduced price (under 8): €3 \nTICKET PURCHASE \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \nThe box office at Fonderia opens one hour before the start of the performance. \nTickets are unnumbered. \nCONTACTS \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 102 3554

DESCRIPTION:Girls just wanna have…AIR \nBreathing Room by Salvo Lombardo feat. Luna Cenere closes Dance Week\, celebrating female creativity.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA performance that transforms breath into a poetic act: an expanded space in which to lose control\, listen to the voice\, and inhabit an environment in constant construction—between body\, sound\, and meditation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCREDITS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nConcept\, texts\, voice\, and environment: Salvo LombardoDramaturgy inspired by Il silenzio è cosa viva by Chandra Livia CandianiWords offered as a gift by Fabio Acca\, Michele Di Stefano\, Carlo Lei\, Cristina Kristal Rizzo\, Alessandro Sciarroni\, Alessandro TollariFeaturing (in alphabetical order): Philippe Barbut\, Marta Ciappina\, Marco D’Agostin\, Nicola Galli\, Silvia Gribaudi\, Matteo Marchesi\, Francesca Pennini\, Cristina Kristal Rizzo\, Irene RussolilloSound design: Fabrizio AlvitiMusical quotations from Ira by Iosonouncane \nProduction: ChiasmaWith the support of Lavanderia a Vapore (Collegno)With the contribution of MIC – Ministry of Culture \nYear: 2022Duration: 45 minutes \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDISCOVER MORE \n\n\n\n\nWhat moves breath between things: that through-breathing\, that narrow opening between taking and giving\, between stealing fragments of the world and releasing breath back into a world in pieces? \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWith Breathing Room\, Salvo Lombardo leans into breath\, approaching it as a poetic act. The work primarily consists in the invention of an ideal\, expanded space in which to “catch one’s breath” and to practice the loss of the artist’s control over the artistic act itself. \nThe dramaturgy—drawing inspiration from Il silenzio è cosa viva by Chandra Livia Candiani—is shaped by a series of prompts and suggestions that Salvo Lombardo has received over time as gifts from different people\, colleagues\, and friends. These contributions help train breath as a substance of meaning and as an open field of signification. \nConceived as an environment in constant construction\, Breathing Room is a performance grounded in voice as well as in the body: a room\, an ideal perimeter of relationship\, informed by a voice that projects speech and evokes action—somewhere between oral meditation\, guided practice\, environmental sound installation\, and performative podcast. \nEach activation of this “breathing apparatus” constitutes a unique\, non-reproducible event. It is based on an invitation to an artist from the field of dance and performance to inhabit this relational perimeter together with the audience\, through the activation of a performance determined in real time—without rehearsals\, previews\, or future repetitions—made possible by the combination of suggestions from the ambient voice and those the performer receives through headphones\, deciding how and whether to act upon them. \nIn this way\, the invitation becomes an act of complicity as well as a radical expression of being-now\, and an opportunity to question—through breathing—the principles of authority and individual power that underpin the art production system. An invitation to be carried along\, an attitude of listening\, an exercise in vulnerability and relationality that can suggest an act of mutual care. \nBreathing Room is part of an ongoing reflection on “care” developed together with Lavanderia a Vapore in Collegno\, where Salvo Lombardo is an associated artist. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nSalvo Lombardo \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSalvo Lombardo is a performer\, choreographer\, multimodal artist\, and curator of performative projects. SUMMARY:EPIPHANĪA - Mi rendo manifesta
DESCRIPTION:Girls just wanna have…THEIR OWN BODY  \nEPIPHANĪA – Mi rendo manifesta by Antonella Bertoni and Michele Abbondanza is the heart of Dance Week\, celebrating female creativity and the feminine universe.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThree dancers from the Compagnia Abbondanza/Bertoni lose themselves in a labyrinth of visual rooms\, engaging in a meticulous exploration of the female body—between gender stereotypes and individual emancipation.A true feminine manifesto. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nhttps://vimeo.com/1088409387/b52b7d861d?fl=pl&fe=ti \nCREDITS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBy Michele Abbondanza and Antonella BertoniConcept\, set\, and costumes: Antonella BertoniWith Sara Cavalieri\, Valentina Dal Mas\, Ludovica Messina PoerioOriginal music: Sergio BeercockLighting design: Alessio GuerraTechnical direction: Claudio ModugnoCreation assistant: Eleonora ChiocchiniTailoring: Manuela GoberOrganisation\, strategy\, and development: Dalia MaciiAdministration and executive production: Francesca LeonelliCommunication: Erika ParisePress office: Marilù Ursi \nProduction: Compagnia Abbondanza/BertoniSpecial thanks to Danio ManfrediniAdditional thanks to Andrea Palamidese \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDISCOVER MORE \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“Like shadows of life\, on a battlefield\, the three dancers—suspended souls\, poised in lucid sleepwalking—reveal themselves through visible and hidden layers in a symphony of actions that unfoldslike a forest of signs and meanings. They are portraits suspended between identity display and visual exuberance. A carnal femininity\, yet detached from the absolute protagonism of human matter\, leaving room for the immaterial. The subject becomes object\, and only then is its sovereign status recognised.Along the thread of detail and particularity\, we brush traces\, clots\, and transparencies\, disarticulating the sense that details embody within life.Gesture points and suggests without stating—an expression of an almost pictorial thought\, unsettling and charged with emotional intensity. The dramaturgy concentrates on micro-moments; within an apparent chaos\, it unfolds in chapters of an exploded book.Appearances and disappearances\, as if within a spatial trap\, in a black that is the colour in which everything is generated—the colour from which we come into the world and to which we will return.A non-place that is a room\, a labyrinth of rooms dissolving into one another\, an entire house\, the world; hyper-frames that function through images and feed on pauses.” \n\n— Antonella Bertoni \n\n“Three women deep in my heart came to me.A room of one’s own—the women’s corner. Scalene: needless to say. A testing box of total negation of secure grounding in space\, where the female body manifests itself in an unconditional\, shameless surrender to perspectival dystopia.Women in pieces and pieces of women\, inside a box of arts that—like a single organism—breathes\, reproduces\, and collapses: the disarmed creativity of bodies returned\, in the end\, becomes its sign. From the trinity to the one\, and from the one to a thousand feminine forms—far from flat\, rich instead with folds and pleats that\, like a pin-cushion\, pierce the scene. Blade-bodies\, glimmers\, and coquetries compose a texture of appearance in which the warp becomes an act of seeing and fixing a first point—a cross-stitch\, naturally—of beginning and stumbling\, held together by a single thread of glory. Now that women discover that man is no longer God\, we hallucinate here an ideal recomposition of their scattered pieces.” \n\n\n“Three women deep in my heart came to me: thanks to the generosity and unconditional trust of Valentina\, Ludovica\, and Sara.” \n\n— Michele Abbondanza \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbbondanza / Bertoni \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMichele Abbondanza and Antonella Bertoni. One of the pioneers of twentieth-century choreographic revolutions\, Loïe Fuller\, was the subject of her graduation thesis. \nFrom a young age\, she trained in artistic gymnastics and classical dance\, later deepening her study of contemporary dance in Italy and in several other countries\, including France\, Spain\, Belgium\, and England. She has collaborated extensively as a performer\, among others with choreographer Tomas Aragay (cia Societat Doctor Alonso – Spain) and\, from 2005 to 2010\, with Virgilio Sieni. She began her activity as a choreographer in 2005\, developing a path of research and production working with professional dancers and performers\, as well as with children\, adolescents\, amateurs\, asylum seekers\, and second-generation young immigrants. \nSimona Bertozzi practices a form of dance in which choreography becomes a territory of events—a complex system inhabited by the body—resulting from practices\, thoughts\, and disciplines that make creation a layered entity in dialogue with the present. In 2007 she won the GD’A (Giovani Danzautori dell’Emilia-Romagna) choreographic competition\, and in 2008 she founded Compagnia Simona Bertozzi | Associazione Culturale Nexus. \nOver the years\, her projects have received support and hosting from major regional\, Italian\, and European networks through co-productions and choreographic residencies\, with national and international touring. In 2008\, she was the Italian choreographer selected for the Aerowaves festival at The Place Theatre (London)\, and in the same year\, with the solo Terrestre\, she took part in the international project Choreoroam\, supported by the British Council / The Place\, Dansateliers (Rotterdam)\, and Bassano Opera Festival. \nWith the collective Gemelli Kessler (Simona Bertozzi\, Marcello Briguglio\, Celeste Taliani)\, she won Il Coreografo Elettronico 2009 for Best Independent Production with the video-dance work Terrestre – movement in still life. In 2012\, the collective created I was wondering\, a video-dance work produced for the centenary of the birth of Michelangelo Antonioni. \nOver the years\, significant collaborations have developed with artists and scholars including Francesco Giomi\, Artistic Director of Tempo Reale; Enrico Pitozzi and Cristiana Natali\, professors at the University of Bologna; Egle Sommacal\, musician and guitarist of Massimo Volume; Angela Baraldi\, actress and singer; and Tabea Martin\, with whom she co-created This Is My Last Dance\, a work that toured extensively across Europe\, including the Swiss Dance Days. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nINFO & TICKETS \nTICKETSFull price: €10Reduced price (under 30\, dance schools\, Liceo Coreutico Matilde di Canossa\, over 65\, CRAL Comune di Reggio Emilia members): €6Reduced price (under 8): €3 \n \nTICKET PURCHASE \n \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \n \nThe box office at Fonderia opens one hour before the start of the performance. \n \nTickets are unnumbered. \n \nCONTACTS \n \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 102 3554

DESCRIPTION:Girls just wanna have… ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW \nFor Dance Week\, celebrating female creativity\, Lara Guidetti presents an open rehearsal of her new duet Enough.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLara Guidetti draws inspiration from Narcissus and Goldmund by Hermann Hesse for this new male duet—a work in progress exploring affinity and attraction as forces that generate continuous tension. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \nCREDITS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA co-production by SPACCA / Sanpapié and Drama TeatroWith the support of NEXT – laboratorio delle idee \nChoreography and direction: Lara GuidettiDramaturgical consultancy: Saverio BariChoreography assistant and creative consultancy: Fabrizio CalannaSet and costumes: Maria Barbara De MarcoOriginal music and sound design: Marcello GoriLighting design: Alessandro BarbieriPerformers: Michele Ho\, Gabriel Interlando \nSpecial thanks to Helga and Angelo \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDISCOVER MORE \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnough is a male duet in development\, conceived as an installative choreographic work—an observational device that investigates the nature of the double not as a binary opposition\, but as the impossible cohabitation of two inner forces. The work draws inspiration from Narcissus and Goldmund by Hermann Hesse\, understood as a symbolic rather than narrative field: a relationship founded on affinity\, attraction\, and the impossibility of fusion. The other is neither complement nor solution\, but what is missing\, what wounds\, what triggers movement. Dance unfolds within this unstable threshold\, where the desire for unity generates a tension that is never resolved\, and where separation is not a negation\, but a necessary condition for the very existence of the bond. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLARA GUIDETTI \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLara Guidetti graduated in 2006 as a dancer and choreographer from the Theatre-Dance Atelier of the Scuola Paolo Grassi in Milan\, studying with leading national and international masters. She continued her training in the fields of dance and performing arts\, exploring various pedagogical methods and training practices through workshops and productions. \nIn 2008\, she founded the Sanpapié company\, where she serves as artistic director\, choreographer\, director\, and performer\, presenting works throughout Italy\, Europe\, China\, and Saudi Arabia. In 2017\, her performance LEI won the Premio Bonacina. \nShe collaborates with the JGM company in Lisbon\, with Teatro alla Scala as a dancer and acrobat\, and creates choreography for opera productions. She has taught at the Scuola Paolo Grassi and DanceHaus in Milan\, as well as at the school of the Teatro Stabile di Torino. \nSince 2022\, she has been an associated artist of the MilanOltre Festival and a collaborator of CCN/Aterballetto as a choreographer and curator of site-specific projects and cultural welfare initiatives. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nINFO & TICKETS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTICKETS€3 for all / free admission for children under 6 \nTICKET PURCHASE \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \nThe box office at Fonderia opens one hour before the start of the performance. \nTickets are unnumbered. \nCONTACTS \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 102 3554

DESCRIPTION:Girls just wanna have… HUMANITY \nWith K.I.nd of Human by Roberta Pisu / Arcis_collective\, Dance Week celebrating female creativity comes with the sound of the sax!\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCan AI create art? Four dancers and four saxophones reclaim art as a profoundly human act\, starting from a reflection on the immense potential of artificial intelligence. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSmhB06d4so \nCREDITS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtistic direction and choreography: Roberta PisuComposition: Leonhard KuhnMusic: Arcis Saxophon QuartettDancers: Edoardo Cino\, Fabio Calvisi\, Vittoria Franchina\, Sofia CaspriniCostume curation: Bregje van BalenTailoring: Lucia ZettlChoreography assistant: Francesca PoglieFilming: Florian Leuschner\, Georg StirnweißVideo editing: Alfonso Fernández SánchezPhotos: Martin Misere\, Georg Stirnweiß\, Robert Fischer\, Luca Di BartoloProduction: arcis_collective \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDISCOVER MORE \nK.I.nd of Human is a 60-minute performance featuring four dancers and four musicians\, exploring the ever-evolving relationship between humanity and artificial intelligence. \n \nPremiered in 2022 in Munich\, the work investigates the immense potential of AI while also addressing its inherent limitations—the most evident being its inability to experience mortality. With an original score by Leonhard Kuhn\, composed in collaboration with artificial intelligence\, the music gradually shifts from electronic to acoustic\, reflecting a journey from the artificial to the human. \n \nThe performance opens with musicians playing saxophones submerged underwater\, their sounds interwoven with electronic compositions—metaphorically evoking the birth of humanoids. As the piece unfolds\, both music and movement progressively shed layers of artificiality\, culminating in a fully acoustic finale that celebrates the fleeting beauty of human existence. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn an era in which artificial intelligence is increasingly embedded in our lives\, K.I.nd of Human raises profound questions: what truly defines us as human beings? The work focuses on three fundamental qualities—physicality\, transience\, and uniqueness. Human consciousness is inseparable from the body; every experience is singular and finite\, shaped by the inevitability of life and death\, which give depth and meaning to our existence. AI\, while intelligent\, lacks this physical and emotional temporality. Rather than merely critiquing technology\, the production enters into dialogue with it\, challenging widespread fears surrounding the rise of AI and inviting audiences to explore its unknown possibilities. \nCan AI create art? Art requires self-awareness\, intention\, and a unique perspective—traits that artificial intelligence\, despite its advances\, may never fully possess. During rehearsals\, AI acted as a creative partner\, suggesting choreographic and musical ideas. However\, it was the human artists who shaped and interpreted these inputs\, revealing that the essence of art may remain an intrinsically human mystery—one that AI\, no matter how advanced\, is not yet able to replicate. And yet\, as technology continues to evolve\, the boundaries between the artificial and the organic remain uncertain\, prompting us to question how much of ourselves we are willing to surrender to the machine. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRoberta Pisu / Arcis_collective \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRoberta Pisu (Cagliari\, 1984) is an Italian dancer and choreographer. After training in France at the Académie de Danse Classique Princesse Grace and completing a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Dance at the Accademia Nazionale di Danza\, she developed an international career\, collaborating with leading choreographers such as William Forsythe\, Wayne McGregor\, Jacopo Godani\, Marco Goecke\, Emanuel Gat\, and Ismael Ivo. From 2012 to 2023 she was a soloist at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich\, where she also launched an intensive choreographic practice\, creating numerous works for the theatre. \nIn 2020\, she co-founded arcis_collective in Munich together with the Arcis Saxophon Quartett\, serving as its Artistic Director. The collective was created with the aim of merging chamber music and contemporary dance into a unified performative experience\, in which musicians and dancers fully share the stage. Inspired by the intimacy and emotional depth of chamber music\, arcis_collective addresses social and cultural themes through a contemporary language\, fostering a strong interaction between sound\, body\, and stage presence. \nWith arcis_collective\, Roberta Pisu has created numerous works presented in theatres\, festivals\, and non-conventional spaces in Germany and Italy\, including HEIMAT\, 2xGETANZT\, K.I.nd of Human\, Quirky Night Club Chronicles\, Live.Love.Arcis\, LUX\, and WHITE. Alongside her creative work\, since 2024 she has been teaching choreographic composition at the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance\, continuing her research into the dialogue between music and movement and the redefinition of the boundaries of the performing arts. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nINFO & TICKETS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTICKETSFull price: €10Reduced price (under 30\, dance schools\, Liceo Coreutico Matilde di Canossa\, over 65\, CRAL Comune di Reggio Emilia members): €6Reduced price (under 8): €3 \nTICKET PURCHASE \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \nThe box office at Fonderia opens one hour before the start of the performance. \nTickets are unnumbered. \nCONTACTS \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 102 3554

It traps those who reject it\, because it is part of our nature: the desire for freedom and power. There are those who live under the illusion of their own autonomy\, without trying to escape the dance. And there are those who keep fighting—naively\, selfishly\, trustingly\, stubbornly\, blindly—unable to see through all the veils of our man-made world. Groping in the darkness of our hierarchical existence\, at any cost. And what if this were the very meaning of being alive? \n \nSABOTAGE speaks literally about manipulation\, about pulling the strings. What is reality? What becomes of our free will in an era in which we have all the means to be the most advanced generation in human history? We take refuge in illusory digital worlds\, allow algorithms to guide our actions\, let fake news shape our perception of reality\, present ourselves through filters in order to better adapt to this unreal world. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSABOTAGE casts a humorous and dramatic gaze on human nature. How much of our free will is real\, and how much is just another illusion—another carefully constructed part of the system?Without words\, using only virtuosic movement\, it builds a metaphor of interdependence\, power\, and the human struggle with reality and illusion: who is manipulating whom? \nAn original form of puppet theatre in which reality and appearance merge into a single dance—poetic\, sensitive\, raw\, profound\, absurd\, shocking\, jarring.Human.A work that belongs to no box. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSARA ANGIUS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSara Angius is an Italian contemporary dancer and choreographer based in Braunschweig\, Germany. Her artistic research deeply explores the existential and inner dimensions of the human being\, investigating emotional states that lie beneath the surface and the boundaries between reality\, imagination\, and perception. Her work develops through an interdisciplinary language that blends contemporary dance\, puppet theatre\, object animation\, physical theatre\, and illusionism\, with the aim of stimulating the audience’s imagination and transcending traditional rules of stage perception. \nShe received her professional training at the DanceHaus Academy in Milan and also completed a degree in Communication Sciences for the Performing Arts at the University of Milan. Angius began her career as a performer in international companies and projects\, including the Staatstheater Braunschweig\, and through collaborations with artists such as James Thierrée for Frôlons at the Opéra Garnier in Paris. \nAs a choreographer\, she has gained recognition at international festivals: she was awarded at the Stuttgart International Solo-Tanz-Theater Festival\, and her duo The Fish Bowl won first prize at the Certamen Internacional de Coreografía Burgos–New York. \nIn recent years\, she has expanded her practice to include film production\, creating INCOGNITUM\, her first dance film\, which has been presented and awarded at international festivals. She also works as a teacher and guest choreographer in European institutions and dance festivals. Since 2024\, she has collaborated with the Institute of Dance Arts at the Anton Bruckner Private University\, and since 2022 she has been an active member of the artistic cooperative TANZKOOP\, supporting the independent dance scene. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nINFO & TICKETS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTICKETSFull price: €10Reduced price (under 30\, dance schools\, Liceo Coreutico Matilde di Canossa\, over 65\, CRAL Comune di Reggio Emilia members): €6Reduced price (under 8): €3 \nTICKET PURCHASE \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \nThe box office at Fonderia opens one hour before the start of the performance. \nTickets are unnumbered. \nCONTACTS \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 102 3554

The title is drawn from her collection of poems of the same name—an erotic and proto-punk manifesto. \nDance\, lecture performance\, poetry reading\, workout: sweat becomes a pathway to explore the intertwining of effort and pleasure\, the binding force of a heterogeneous collage of danced and textual materials. Love letters between friends and lovers. Waterless gymnastics in tiger-print leotards. A poem for the Baroness. A split dedicated to her. Dada(umpa). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nMy interest in her writings—bold and long overlooked—stems from their ability to weave subtexts into her poetry\, particularly around female eroticism. A proto-punk\, neurotic\, kleptomaniac\, and man-hunter\, the Baroness left behind a legacy that paved the way for the eccentric divas of the 21st century (from Courtney Love to Lady Gaga). \nBorrowing the title of her only poetry collection\, BODY SWEATS\, I imagine a choreography that seeps from bodily materiality. From this perspective\, sweat becomes both a trace and a stimulus for investigating the interweaving of effort\, pleasure\, and empowerment. The project explores our relationship with systems of discipline—especially rich in subtext when viewed through the backgrounds of dancers\, ranging from ballet to aqua gym and fitness culture. In the studio\, the work revisits these familiar movement languages from a feminist “I\,” reflecting on how their meaning can be rewritten through practice itself. \n\n \nGiorgia Lolli \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGIORGIA LOLLI \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGiorgia Lolli (Reggio Emilia\, 1996) earned a Master’s degree in Choreography from University of the Arts Helsinki (Uniarts) in 2025 and\, over the past three years\, has worked between Italy and Finland. Since 2022\, she has been teaching Dance Well – Movement Research for Parkinson’s within the European project coordinated by Operaestate. \nHer choreographic work has been presented on several national and international platforms\, including Anghiari Dance Hub (2020)\, Vetrina della Giovane Danza d’Autore (2021)\, SIAE Per Chi Crea (2023)\, Nuovo Forno del Pane (2023)\, and MAMbo – Museo di Arte Moderna di Bologna. \nWith EAT ME\, winner of DNAppunti Coreografici\, she made her debut at the Romaeuropa Festival in 2024.

SUMMARY:Made in Italy 37.0
DESCRIPTION:The young talents of Agora Coaching Project take the stage at Danza in Fonderia.\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe protagonists of the evening are the dancers of Agora Coaching Project\, an advanced training programme promoted and supported by MM Contemporary Dance Company and A.S.D. Progetto Danza\, under the artistic direction of Michele Merola and Enrico Morelli. Launched in 2010\, the programme has gained full recognition within the European dance scene and boasts collaborations with internationally renowned teachers and choreographers. \nFor this new Made in Italy evening\, Agora Coaching Project brings to the stage at Fonderia choreographies by Roberto Tedesco\, formerly a dancer with Aterballetto and for several years now one of the most compelling emerging choreographic voices on the Italian scene. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nAGORA COACHING PROJECT \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAgora Coaching Project is a year-long advanced dance training programme based in Reggio Emilia\, aimed at dancers aged between 18 and 22. Founded in 2010\, it is directed by Michele Merola and Enrico Morelli\, and is promoted and supported by MM Contemporary Dance Company and the Centro Permanente Danza. \nThe project aims to train artists who are ready to face the diversity of the international dance market with flexibility—artists capable of responding to a wide range of technical and stylistic demands emerging from today’s professional context. Agora offers a broad spectrum of stimuli\, encompassing technical training\, cultural enrichment\, and opportunities for exchange between students and choreographers\, each of whom comes from and operates within some of the most dynamic and interesting realities of the international dance scene. \nThrough encounters with established choreographers of different stylistic orientations\, Agora exposes young dancers to a plurality of artistic visions. Over the years\, the project has welcomed many distinguished names. Alongside Michele Merola and Enrico Morelli\, a number of highly experienced and qualified teachers collaborate in the realisation of the programme\, each bringing recognised expertise within the field. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nPERFORMERS AGORA COACHING PROJECT \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRiccardo Basile\, Sara Bianchi\, Tommaso Brintazzoli\, Alisa Businaro\, Anita Campanini\, Simone Casella\, Giovanni Cennamo\, Giulia Chiletti\, Margherita Ciardi\, Alessandra Fusco\, Giulia Giannini\, Samuele Iannacchero\, Louis Franck Kamta\, Marica Lisco\, Elena Manfredini\, Nicolò Marroccu\, Linda Massai\, Sofia Oliva\, Alessia Romeo\, Paula Salinas Alvarez\, Alice Scarangelli\, Loris Schirinzi\, Gabriel Sprovieri\, Chiara Tonussi\, Claudio Tornesi\, Carolina Torrini\, Michelle Tuani\, Eva Vannini\, Camilla Veronesi \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nINFO AND TICKETS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTICKETSFull price: €10Reduced price (under 30\, dance schools\, Liceo Coreutico Matilde di Canossa\, over 65\, CRAL Comune di Reggio Emilia members): €6Reduced price (under 8): €3 \nTICKET PURCHASE \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \nThe box office opens one hour before the start of the performance. \nTickets are unnumbered. \nCONTACTS \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 102 3554Email: biglietteria@aterballetto.it

SUMMARY:Macbeth study
DESCRIPTION:Macbeth study – open rehearsal \nDanza in Fonderia opens its doors to an open rehearsal of Macbeth Study\, a new work by Monica Casadei with her company Compagnia Artemis Danza.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAn immersion into the creative process that reinterprets William Shakespeare’s masterpiece through the body\, rhythm\, and the tension of inner time. Ambition\, power\, and destiny take shape in an intense\, visceral choreographic writing\, where movement becomes a space of conflict and transformation. A unique opportunity to witness the birth of a creation up close and the living dialogue between dance and dramaturgy. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOriginally from Ferrara and graduating summa cum laude with a thesis on Plato and dance\, Monica Casadei\, after a competitive career in rhythmic gymnastics\, devoted herself to the study of classical and modern dance—first in Italy\, then in London\, and finally in Paris. There she met choreographers Pierre Doussaint and Isabelle Doubouloz\, as well as master André Cognard Hanshi So Shihan\, with whom she still practices the martial art of Aikido. In France she founded Compagnia Artemis Danza\, relocating to Italy in 1997 and initiating an intense production activity that to date includes over forty original creations. From 1998 to 2007\, the company was artist-in-residence at Fondazione Teatro Due\, and since 2014 it has held an artistic residency at the Teatro Comunale di Bologna. Artemis Danza has been invited to perform in major Italian theatres and festivals\, as well as on numerous international tours and festival circuits. \nCentral to Monica Casadei’s artistic research are cross-pollination with different artistic\, cultural\, and geographical contexts\, alongside the exploration of urban spaces that become stages for performative actions. \nAlongside its production activity\, Artemis Danza supports\, produces\, and promotes emerging artists and develops a wide range of audience development and educational initiatives. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nINFO & TICKETS \nTICKETS€3 for all / free admission for children under 6 \n \nTICKET PURCHASE \n \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \n \nThe on-site box office at Fonderia opens one hour before the start of the performance. \n \nTickets are unnumbered. \n \nCONTACTS \n \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 102 3554

SUMMARY:BOW
DESCRIPTION:BOW – open rehearsal \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor the first time\, Gaetano Palermo and Michele Petrosino are guests of the Danza in Fonderia programme.\nAudiences will have the opportunity to attend the work in progress of BOW\, a new choreographic project that investigates the act of bowing as a gesture shaped and traversed by time. \nFar from being a form of praise\, BOW explores the bow as an ambiguous and layered bodily gesture which\, throughout history\, has taken on strong social\, political\, and cultural meanings. Suspended between a turning inward and an opening toward the other\, the gesture becomes a site of tension between recognition and submission\, intimacy and public representation. \nThrough the performers’ bodies\, BOW reactivates the memory of this gesture in the present\, making visible the temporal dynamics that continue to inhabit our bodies today. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \nCREDITS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\na performance by Gaetano Palermo\, Michele Petrosinosound design: Luca Galliolighting design: to be defined \nproduction: KLmwith the support of SIAE – Per Chi Creawith the support of SupportER – Rete Anticorpi Emilia-Romagna \nSupported by MiC and SIAE\, in the framework of the programme “Per Chi Crea” \n\n  \n\n  \n\n  \n\n  \n\n  \n\n  \n\n\nDISCOVER MORE \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBow is a choreographic project centred on the act of bowing or reverence (in English bow)\, a gesture typical of theatrical and religious contexts and also widespread—though in different forms and modes—within social practices of greeting\, recognition\, and consent. Through a form of writing embodied in the performers’ bodies\, the project aims to develop an analysis of the tensions and ambiguities inherent in this gesture\, retracing its history through a catalogue of its variations in order to grasp its sociopolitical and psychological implications. \nAt once a folding inward toward the self and an opening toward the other\, the practice of bowing or reverence is a sign of acknowledging a presence perceived as possessing vital\, worldly\, or divine power. This recognition—of which the bow is the bodily manifestation—corresponds to a human disposition of dependence\, obligation\, service\, or prayer\, oriented toward transcending a limit or obtaining a gift\, a grace. Situated on the threshold between subjective intimacy and public representation\, this gesture takes on different meanings depending on the degree of bending\, ranging from a simple inclination of the head to kneeling or complete prostration. Abnegation and salvation\, servility and power coexist within a physical tension that finds in the bow its fragile yet potent measure. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPALERMO / PETROSINO \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPalermo/Petrosino is a duo formed by Gaetano Palermo and Michele Petrosino\, working at the intersection of contemporary dance and visual arts. Their research investigates the ontology of movement—from stillness to transformation—with a strong focus on perceptual devices and on the relationship between body\, image\, and gaze. Their work has been supported and presented by institutions and festivals such as La Biennale di Venezia\, Triennale Milano\, MAMbo Bologna\, Fondazione I Teatri di Reggio Emilia\, Teatro Regio di Parma\, Santarcangelo Festival\, and Kilowatt Festival. In 2025\, they won the SIAE – Per Chi Crea grant with BOW. \nGaetano Palermo\, whose background spans philosophy\, performing arts\, and visual arts (University of Bologna\, IUAV Venice\, Academy of Kassel)\, has worked with artists including Bruce Nauman\, Romeo Castellucci\, Chiara Guidi\, Claudia Castellucci\, and Tamara Cubas. He has presented his work at the Venice Biennale and in national and international festivals and contexts. \nMichele Petrosino\, an artist and performer with training in theatre\, dance\, and literary studies (University of Bologna)\, has collaborated with Kinkaleri\, Nico Vascellari\, and Bruce Nauman\, and was a performer in Bros by Romeo Castellucci (2021–2023). Together with Palermo\, he is the author of Still\, winner of the CosmoGiani Award 2024. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nINFO & TICKETS \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTICKETS€3 for everyone / free admission for children under 6 \nTICKET PURCHASE \nTickets can be purchased online at www.biglietteriafonderia39.it. \nThe Fonderia box office opens one hour before the start of the performance. \nSeats are not numbered. \nCONTACTS \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 1023554

DESCRIPTION:IMPROMPTUS\nArias\, dances\, and improvisations \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Centro Coreografico Nazionale / Aterballetto and Fondazione Ravenna Manifestazioni once again collaborate to bring to life a project in which dance and music meet\, intertwine\, and transform into original performances. The aim is to create a creative space where choreographers and musicians work side by side\, shaping works born from improvisation and mutual inspiration. \nThe project seeks to explore new ways of interaction between movement and sound\, fostering a fluid and spontaneous relationship between the two disciplines. Through artistic experimentation\, dancers and musicians push beyond the traditional boundaries of composition\, creating short performances (15–20 minutes) that express the intensity of this encounter. \nSaturday\, February 7 – 8:30 PMFonderia\, Reggio Emilia \nSimone Zanchini – accordionMatilde Di Ciolo and Matteo Capetola – dancers \nFrom 7:30 PM\, aperitif curated by Mercato del Tricolore / Campagna Amica \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJX-lPCGkvY&list=RDeJX-lPCGkvY&start_radio=1 \nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9imfew2wUh4 \nInfo & Tickets \nTICKETS \n \n€10 \n \n \nTICKET PURCHASE \n \nONLINE: https://www.biglietteriafonderia39.it/home.aspxFonderia box office: the box office opens one hour before the start of the performance(Via della Costituzione 39\, Reggio Emilia). \n \nTickets are not numbered. \n \n \nBOOKING CONTACTS \n \nMobile & WhatsApp: +39 334 1023554Email: biglietteria@aterballetto.it

SUMMARY:White Pages
DESCRIPTION:White Pages by Manfredi Perego opens the 2026 season of Danza in Fonderia.\n \nSaturday\, January 17\, 2026 – 6:00 PM: Open rehearsal \nSunday\, January 18\, 2026 – 6:00 PM: Performance \nFonderia – Via della Costituzione 39\, Reggio Emilia \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nManfredi Perego presents an intimate triptych of solos—three tableaux that are at once three personal dedications and three starting points for future choreographic investigations. \nEstemporanea\, danced by Manfredi Perego\, is a research project shaped by the desires and curiosities of the author’s poetics—such as silence\, speech\, the body\, and dynamics. Estemporanea seeks to release the generative potential of the present moment\, making improvisation its primary language. \nDedica al tempo is not a journey into memory\, but a liberation of the body\, of experience\, of the will to remain on the threshold. Time\, conceived as a space for creative urgency rather than haste\, is explored through the body of Lucia Nicolussi\, the artist’s seventy-year-old mother. \nWith Dedica al silenzio\, Manfredi Perego composes for dancer Chiara Montalbani a melody made of sharp and nuanced frequencies. Silence is sought as a creative struggle that makes room for generative madness\, giving it form and order. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nCREDITS \nEstemporanea \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nchoreography: Manfredi Peregoperformer: Manfredi Peregoproduction: Tir danza MP.ideograms \n\nDedica al tempo \nchoreography: Manfredi Peregoperformer: Lucia Nicolussiproduction: Tir danza MP.ideogramsco-production: MILANoLTRE Festival \n\nDedica al silenzio \nchoreography: Manfredi Peregoperformer: Chiara Montalbaniproduction: Tir danza MP.ideogramsco-production: MILANoLTRE Festival \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nManfredi Perego \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHe graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and continued his dance training while simultaneously beginning his professional career as a freelance dancer in Switzerland and Germany. \nIn 2014\, he founded MP.ideograms\, and the following year he made his debut at the Equilibrio Festival and at the Vetrina della Giovane Danza d’Autore in Ravenna. \nIn 2016\, he took part in the “VITA NOVA” project of the Venice Biennale with the first chapter of the project Primitiva\, which continued in 2017 at Scenario Pubblico in Catania.
