Aterballetto performs Storie<\/a><\/strong> in Macerata.<\/p>\n

Storie<\/strong> is a small anthology of danced fragments. They constitute only an infinitesimal part of the very rich artistic and human universe of the two choreographers \u00a0Diego Tortelli<\/a> and Philippe Kratz<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tortelli creates two pieces: Preludio<\/em>, opening the evening, is a love letter to the body for five dancers on the music of Nick Cave, Another story<\/em> is a duet on the impossible gesture of 2020, the embrace. Between past and future are Kratz’s two creations. The “O”<\/em> duo offers us two bodies\/robots, forcing us to question how the meaning of physical contact might change: will it remain emotional and felt, or will it become serial and alienated?
\nAlpha Grace<\/em>, a six-step in the evening’s conclusion, is a reflection on empathy, a form of gentle communication between people who feel on the same level. It too is challenged by the present times.<\/p>\n
