Agora Coaching Project is a one-year advanced training program in dance for dancers aged 18 to 22, based in Reggio Emilia. Founded in 2010 and directed by Michele Merola and Enrico Morelli, it is promoted and supported by the MM Contemporary Dance Company and the Centro Permanente Danza of Reggio Emilia.

Its goal is to train artists who are ready to face the variety of the international dance market with flexibility—artists capable of responding to the diverse technical and stylistic demands required by today’s professional landscape.

The project aims to offer a broad range of artistic stimuli—technical, cultural, and experiential—fostering exchanges between students and choreographers, each coming from different and compelling contexts within the international dance scene. Agora allows young dancers to work closely with renowned choreographers of various stylistic orientations and, over the years, has welcomed many distinguished names.

Together with Michele Merola and Enrico Morelli, the program includes numerous teachers, each with proven expertise and experience in their field.
