COMETA is an unexpected traveller who, through her curiosity and her discoveries, invites us to look at what surrounds us with new eyes, with the gaze of a child.
Together with her, the audience embarks on a galactic adventure to discover the force of gravity, the possibilities of movement and the power of empathy. A journey through geometry, play and the speed of light, discovering the universe, the imagination and interstellar travel. And, above all, an opportunity to celebrate the joy of the encounter.

Roser López Espinosa has been present on the international scene since 2006 with works such as The Lizard’s Skin (awarded Best Solo at the 11th Masdanza), Lowland, November, Hand to Hand and others. She has also created large-scale productions such as L’estol for the National Dance Production of Catalonia, Trama (Award for Best Choreography 2019 at the 22nd Critics’ Awards) and FAULA (Award for Best Dance Ensemble 2026 at the 29th MAX Performing Arts Awards in Spain).
Cometa, co-produced with Vorpommern tanzt an (Germany), has captivated audiences of all ages with over 200 performances around the world.
She has been a guest choreographer for international companies such as Skånes Dansteater (Sweden), Scottish Dance Theatre (United Kingdom), Zagreb Dance Company (Croatia), Conny Janssen Danst (Netherlands) and MiR Dance Company (Germany), and has collaborated, among others, with the circus companies Mumusic Circus (Catalonia) and Compagnie XY (France).
An associate artist at La Caldera in Barcelona, artist in residence at the Mercat de les Flors from 2018 to 2021 and exchange artist in residence in 2022 at the National Theater & Concert Hall in Taipei (Taiwan), she develops her work through her company Lowland.
Her creations have been programmed at international festivals in Europe, Latin America and North America, the Middle East and Asia.
