Stanze \ Rooms is a site-specific itinerant performance. Diego Tortelli starts from the suggestions of the new setting up of the rooms of the Pinacoteca and imagines a choreographic and musical path, where history and innovation meet. For the choreographer, the museum is where we keep our memories, and it is to this special place that he wants to entrust all those duets and solos that have never been performed, but which have been a fundamental part of his research. Small choreographic collections that had ended up in a drawer and now come back to life with a new value and a different maturity, surrounded by the works of art and the wonderful places of the Pinacoteca.

The spectators will enter into an exciting close relationship with the dancers, accompanied by Daniela Savoldi‘s cello, and will experience in a special way the significant collection of Brescian and Italian paintings, reorganised through a new exhibition pathway ranging from the late Gothic to the early 19th century.
