The Compagnia EgriBianco breaks down danza in Fonderia.

MYSTERY SONATA is a “modular” performance, one that can be broken down and reassembled in relation to the spaces that host it. A performance with no true beginning or end, conceived in 2013 for the spaces of the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo.
At the heart of the work are the co-presence of multiple realities and spatial dimensions and their mutual influence, together with the theme of spiritual heritage and its echo, whether direct or indirect.
The choreographer thus reflects on the boundaries of our actions: where do they begin and end, and what remains of us in others? What is the true nature of things and, above all, what relationship exists between the two?

The Compagnia EgriBiancoDanza, directed by Susanna Egri and Raphael Bianco, was founded in Turin in 1999. Inheriting the more than thirty years of experience of the previous company “I Balletti di Susanna Egri,” it stands out for a repertoire of works rich in social and spiritual values, created by Raphael Bianco and by choreographers from the Italian and international arts scene. The Compagnia EgriBiancoDanza embodies some of the distinctive traits of the Fondazione Egri per la Danza: curiosity, roots and innovation, research and sharing — values that are asked of all the company’s artists. From theatrical performances to installations and site-specific works, EgriBiancoDanza is made up of permanent dancers drawn from high-level professional backgrounds and possesses a solid repertoire.
