UnterWasser’s “boxed” micro-performances arrive at the Fonderia
Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November at 3.00 pm and 7.30 pm
BOXES is a work of visual theatre and an installation made up of “boxes” that hold micro-performances and interactive games, to be experienced by one viewer at a time.
The audience is invited into an intimate, personal and dedicated experience. Looking through small slits and openings, viewers come into contact with small poetic worlds, gathered and protected inside the boxes.
BOXES is an open project, born from the reworking of Lambe Lambe theatre and from research into the effects and techniques of pre-cinema.

UnterWasser is a theatre research group founded in 2014 by Valeria Bianchi, Aurora Buzzetti and Giulia De Canio. The company positions itself at the boundary between visual theatre and contemporary art, studying their mutual cross-influences and creating an original, poetic and imaginative language that becomes a tool for investigating the human and its many facets. With the performance UNTOLD it made its debut at the Biennale Teatro 2020. The company received the “Premio Valter Ferrara 2019” and the ANCT 2022 award.
TICKETS
Saturday free. The audience can view the installation on their own.
Sunday €3. The audience will be guided by the artists on a 30-minute journey.
